The disco this year is NOT a kiss and drive event. ALL children must be supervised by an adult (this includes the senior disco).
The P&C is running the event, and while some teachers will be present they are not in charge.
Mrs Bell and Mr Knight will be in attendance at the disco – parents will need to speak with either Mr Knight or Mrs Bell if there are supervision queries.
Kindy – Year 2 – 5.00pm – 6.00pm
Years 3 – 6 – 6.15pm – 7.30pm
An order form for hot dog orders is attached, and we will be sending an order form home for the hot dogs on Monday with the students. They need to be returned by FRIDAY 2nd DECEMBER.
Hot dogs will be served between the two discos.
Junior dances will receive them at 6pm – end of disco.
Senior disco dancers – served 6.15pm so all sausages can be cooked and served around the same time.
We need parent help to run this event so please sign up via the sheet. We have allocated 30 minutes per volunteer (still allows plenty of time to have a dance with your kids!!)
We all need to be there to supervise the kids so please sign up. If we don’t get enough volunteers then we won’t be able to run the disco.
