Kaya parents and carers
Graduation is fast approaching and we’re receiving some emails regarding the logistics of the evening. Hopefully we’ll cover them in the points below:
1. Year 6 graduates are required to wear their YEAR 6 LEAVERS SHIRT, black shorts/skits/trousers, black socks, enclosed shoes (black if possible). Make up is not acceptable for this event. Long hair can be worn down, if it is brushed neatly.
2. Family attendance at graduation is limited to IMMEDIATE family members of the graduate. We have 68 students graduating this year; to ensure all our graduates have their family in attendance, we request you limit invitations to parents, carers, siblings and grandparents only.
3. The ceremony will begin at 4pm sharp. Please have your Year 6 students here by 3.45pm. We request that audience members please be seated by 3.50pm.
We anticipate concluding by 6pm.
