Child and Adolescent Community Health are pleased to offer School Entry Health Assessments during the school holidays for Kindergarten children at Tuart Hill Primary School from Kindy A and C.
Appointments will be held at Tuart Hill Primary from: MONDAY 6 JULY – FRIDAY 9 JULY.
The school nurse will be contacting parents who have already returned forms over the next few weeks. If you would like your child seen please feel free to contact the school nurse to make an appointment.
