Hi everyone, we’ve got an update regarding the scheduled 2022 AGM.
Having reviewed our constitutional obligations, we’ve made the decision to postpone the AGM to Wednesday 30 March 2022, with options to join both face-to-face and via Zoom (details below).
As per the Constitution we are required to fill all Office Bearer and Executive Committee positions in order for the P&C Association, including the Canteen and Uniform Shop, to continue operating. We have received expressions of interest for the following positions:
· President
· Vice President
· Treasurer
· Fundraising Coordinator
· Uniform Shop Coordinator
· Canteen Coordinator
We do not currently have any expressions of interest for the position of Secretary. This is an essential role and the P&C cannot continue to exist unless somebody nominates themselves.
The role can be as big or small as you make it. If you are only able to commit to attending meetings (just twice each term), minute-taking and distribution can be completed entirely within the scheduled meetings with no obligations outside of these times. Of course, we welcome members to take on other duties if and when they are able, but the role does not need to be any more involved than this!
We also welcome additional nominations for the executive committee, and our past and existing members are more than happy to answer any questions you have.

If you have not already paid your $1.00 membership fee (or you’re unsure) please get in touch with the front office staff to organise this before the meeting. Only financial members will be able to speak or vote at the AGM.
