Dear Parents and Caregivers,
Please note that students arriving before school are to move to the garden area and sit quietly until supervision begins at 8.15am. We have had several days so far where students have been arriving as early as 7.30am, and they have been found roaming the school grounds. This morning around 20 students were in the garden area before 8am, running around and screaming. This is not helpful to school staff who are preparing classrooms for the day, and in some cases having meetings with colleagues, parents or visiting therapists.
Staff are only available to supervise the playground, garden area and oval from 8.15 – 8.30. If you need to drop your child off earlier, please consider using OHSC.
