Dear Parents and Carers
On Friday 18 November the Tuart Hill Primary School Choir will be performing on stage at the Osborne Park Show. We require parents to transport and supervise their child for the duration of this event.
WHERE: Robinson’s Reserve
Royal St, Osborne Park
(beside Osborne Park library)
WHEN: 5.30 pm: meet inside the Performers’ Entrance off Royal Street
6.00 – 6.15 pm perform on stage
DRESS REQUIREMENTS:
Choir uniform, including long black pants, black shoes and black socks.
Girls should have their hair in a single ponytail tied with a black elastic.
Shirts will be issued on Friday afternoon at school. Please return washed shirts to school on Monday; thank you
Parents who are unable to provide transport and supervision should contact Mrs Edwards [email protected] to discuss alternatives. However, please make every effort to make other arrangements (eg: another family member or another choir parent) as family support is essential for this type of performance.
Please return the permission note by Tuesday 15 November to confirm that your child will be attending.
