Dear Parents/Guardians,
Thank you for submitting the permission forms for the Year 6 excursion to Perth Parliament House. With the big day coming up this Monday, here are some final reminders to help everything go smoothly:
- Arrival Time: Students must arrive at school by 8:30 AM. The buses will depart at 9:00 AM sharp.
- Uniform: All students are to wear their full THPS uniform, including black or white socks. While leavers’ shirts are preferred, a regular Tuart Hill Primary School shirt is fine (no faction colours).
- Weather Reminder: It’s expected to be a hot day, so please ensure your child brings a hat for sun protection.
- Lunch and Water: Each student needs to bring their own lunch and water. Lunch should be packed in a paper or ziplock bag no larger than half an A4 sheet. For water bottles, we suggest using labelled plastic bottles to avoid loss or damage to expensive ones.
- Schedule: This is a full-day excursion. Students will return to school by 2:30 PM and will be ready for pick-up at the usual end-of-day time.
